... so tired... cos my bag darn heavy! anyway , today we went jessie's house to back cookies! =D we dumped our bag at jessie's house and then change our clothes and go to NTUC to buy the necessary ingredients. we need white chocolate, black chocolate, sugar icing, silvered almond and baking paper. we went there. got to the baking needs section then found the chocolate.but we cant find the almond... so we ask the lady there. she say silver is a brand... -_- silver bird. one of the brand for almond. so we dont care and took a packet of sliced almond. then we ask the auntie where is the sugar icing but angela already got it! ... then we ask for the baking paper... the auntie there says that the baking paper is the aluminium foil.lol. then we ask jessie whether her house got the aluminium foil. she say no... then we went to buy the paper cup. after we got everything, we went to her house. the first thing that we needed to do was to moist the almond and mix with the sugar icing . but we only need 40g for 200g of almond. but we never see the weight of the almond... lol. when we put the icing, we found out that the almond only weights 100g. lol. but we dont care. next we melted the chocolate... smelt a bit burnt...lol. then the black chocolate put there... then melt the white chocolate... then the book say need to spread the mixture on the baking paper evenly and turn it frequently till it turns golden brown. we dunno how to turn so we just put it there and mix it every few minutes. the dark chocolate started to harden so we stir it. after the almond thingy was done, we mix in in the white chocolate ... but the mixture turns hard as there ws not enough chocolate? water? then we pour abit of water... cassandra tried the dark chocolate and said that it was so bitter... so we pour the sugar icing in it! lol! we poured loads till the chocolate became like a rubber? but then i dunno who suggested to pour the dark chocolate inside the mixture but i told cassan to try first or else all of out efforts are wasted. anyway, jessie saw the mixture and say that it was a failure... then cassandra said it was nice! lol! then we just dump some of it into the mixture... Done! we tried the mixture and found that it was delicious! lol! we anyhow make and never folo the recipe. we place it on the small cups and sprinkle some of the coloured edible balls on top of it. it look so black but the coloured balls make it look nicer. we tried the thing. it was nice! then we went to play. suddenly someone said that it has to be place in the fridge for 5-10 mins. oh ya! we put it in for more than 10 mins cos angela and cassandra playing audi and i watching them and we forgotten the timing. we took it out and counted it. there was 26 of them. then we decided to give to Qui lao shi oso cos zhang lao shi couldn't possibly take so many. but if we divide it into 2, they would both receive 13. unlucky 13. so we ate 2.then there was 24. each 12. jessie wanted to let soek hui they all try... we will bring it to school the next day and give to teacher cos we dont think that it will last till friday.
